Henry Mai – Founder & Director of IT Hero

Henry supports the quality, operational governance and continuous improvement behind IT Hero’s nationwide technology delivery. He holds qualifications in Electrical Engineering and Commerce from UNSW and brings more than four years of Quality Manager experience across process improvement, supplier quality and governance.

His work helps turn complex field requirements into consistent procedures, clear accountability and evidence-based completion across national rollouts, onsite support, logistics and multi-site projects.

Henry contributes to IT Hero’s certified management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, supporting safe, environmentally responsible and repeatable delivery for enterprise and multi-site clients. Explore IT Hero’s national field services partnership model.
